PRE-SUMMIT TECH SALES IQ EVALUATION

 

¨ Each tech attending will be interviewed and given a “core values” quiz to find out the areas of strengths and weaknesses going into the summit. We will also find the current revenue numbers that techs are producing so we can measure the improvement at the end of the summit. This is not for everybody. Only techs like you who are serious about success will be allowed to attend.

¨ SUNDAY 6 PM-9 PM - COME AS YOU ARE IN 20012

All participants will be introduced and assigned a “learning buddy” with whom they will be working with throughout the week.

¨ MONDAY 9AM-5PM - THE 12 LAWS OF INFLUENCE WORKSHOP

The 12 Laws Of Influence and Persuasion Workshop and interaction. This is a workshop on how techs can use these universal laws in their day to day interaction with customers.

¨ TUESDAY 9AM-5PM - GETTING YOUR CUSTOMER TO SELL YOU  Applying principles and questions that get your customer to “convince you” that they need your service and to create urgency that most clients deny they have.

¨ WEDNESDAY 9AM-5PM - ELIMINATE THE COMPETITION

 How to get your customer to give you the commitment you need to provide them with the high value repairs you will offer. We will change the expectations of the price that techs charge for repairs.

¨ THURSDAY 9AM-5PM - CREATING PACKAGES & CLOSING 

You will learn how to create contrast in packaging repairs and solutions so that the repair you sell now seems positively cheap! Also we will do videotaped exercises using the Object-o-Matic TM Self Coaching Guide.

¨ FRIDAY 9AM-5PM - PUTTING IT ALL TOGETHER

Participants will be grouped to run the entire process and then isolated to prove they have mastered the process. Each presentation will be video taped and given to the participant to use as a guideline when they return home..

 

POST-SUMMIT FOLLOW THROUGH

 

¨ 5 WEEKS FOLLOWING THE SUMMIT

All attendees will be given a daily score book and will be called by us each week to review the results and measure the improvement. We will report these results back to the owners.

 

¨ 5 WEEKS OF “INSTA-COACHING”

All attendees will be allowed to phone Joe Crisara and our assistants to help when techs are having trouble or are challenged with their results in the field. Our vow: No Techs Left Behind. We are determined to make your success happen.
